Taku Shinomoto Hasami Porcelain Dinnerware Collection Bowl 3
Simple geometry and the concept of modularity is the basis for this new porcelain dinnerware made in Japan. Rather than following prescribed forms and functions (dinner plate, soup bowl, etc.) the collection consists of plates and bowls of various sizes that can be used interchangeably to both eat and serve. The solid oak trays double as underplates, coasters or lids. The porcelain itself is durable and dishwasher and microwave safe, with a pleasing natural color and texture that recalls soft sand.
