Lindsey Adelman 2012 Walnut, Brass Small: 4.5" H Medium: 6" H Large: 8" H The Shady Side Candlestick by Lindsey Adelman is part of her "Dusk to Dawn" collection, in which Adelman explores her dark side with a series of works influenced by 19th century ornamentation and natural phenomenon. Inspired by what grows metaphorically and literally in dim, overlooked patches, the Shady Side is made from turned walnut forms covered in cast brass fungus. The size, amount, and placement of the fungus is unique for each candlestick. Orders will ship beginning May 22, 2012.
