I just want to say that I admire your style and your blog- I hardly knew anything about fashion blogs until a few months ago when Forever 21 did their expose on fashion bloggers and your website was posted! Ever since then, I’ve been reading your blog and have been hooked. What makes yours different from all of the other ones is that you post other stuff too like recipes and interior design; your blog has inspired me to put a little more oomph into my outfits and be more adventurous in baking.
I would love to win this bag for many many reasons, however I suppose the biggest reason would be that I have never been able to afford a designer bag and would love to experience owning one, especially one as gorgeous as this Alexander Wang one. Happy Holidays! I want this bag because I am a huge Alex Wang fan, but I have yet to own any of the label’s leather goods. I think this particular style is great because it’s classic in that it’s a framed satchel, but it’s still a little edgy with the studded handle. I would totally rock this during the holidays and beyond, and I am positive it would soon become a treasured part of my wardrobe. Let me start off saying,I do not have a sad story about how i cannot afford this bag or how i really deserve this bag, because i could afford this bag and i dont think i deserve this bag over any one else. However winning this Alexander Wang bag would be way better then me buying this bag for myself. I learned in my advertising class the other week that, contests/sweepstakes are a great way to reinforce brand loyalty, to break through advertising clutter and create excitement. My teacher also told the class to make sure to enter every contest/sweepstake you come across because you never know what could come of it. So that is what im doing. i love this bag and i think it adds edge to an outfit just like combat boots add a great edge to a girly, lace dress. This bag can add that edge to any outfit…on any person.

Everyone has that one bag they go to… It holds your wallet, three lip-glosses when you really only need one, change too small for parking meters, hair-ties, and a place to store your cell phone so you aren’t forced to dump its entire contents on the floor to catch it before the last ring (I speak from experience).
My go-to bag was purchased on NW 23rd Avenue in Portland, Oregon. I miss this street with its eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, and patrons. A Pottery Barn shares the block with a run-down and fantastic pizzeria while Maseratis flirt with rusty Subarus. My go-to bag was very much from this street and this city where I grew up. It was purchased there for $10 at a sidewalk sale and has been my black leather sidekick ever since. It was one of those rare ‘classic with a twist’ finds, pairing perfectly with a cocktail dress or jeans, a business meeting or happy hour.
After six years and three countries I am saddened to report that my go-to bag is on its last legs. Through all this time and travel I fell in love, moved to a new country, quit my first ‘big girl job’ and went back to grad school. This bag has been in hand through so many places and memories, safeguarding my passport from its first stamp. Regardless of its condition, I will be sad to see it go. However, one must also look forward to all that is new, exciting, and promising. I hope this bag can be my next black leather sidekick and take part in all the adventures yet to be found.

I love alexander wang and everything to do with his designs and as soon as I saw this bag I fell in love it. This year has been very rough for me financially and emotionally with one of my sisters passing away and winning this bag would bring me a bit of joy and happiness to a year that has beennot so good for me.

LOVE this bag, can’t afford this bag… deserve to win it because it would be a very lovely christmas present for me, and it would be a great bag to carry when going to client meetings for my new business that i started this year!
This bag is so edgy! At the same time however, you can carry it in such a feminine manner like you have in the shoot! I’m more of a jeans person and personally I would style this bag with a well fitted pair of blue J Brand jeans, with a simple black tank and a casual blazer for the day time. Whereas for the night time, I could just replace the blazer with something more dressy, such as the Victorias Secret sequin blazer you’ve suggested on Beso and replace my flats with a pair of killer heels!
Not like I can’t afford this bag, having owned several other designer pieces! I’m a part of this competition cause I’ve never won anything online and I think this would be the best ever way to especially on Christmas Day!

tarnett here. I love this Alexander Wang bag. I am a young professional, trying to make my mark in the world, but my current salary is laughable at best. Although I do enjoy this bag, as well as fashion in general, I also enjoy things like a roof over my head, electricity and being able to eat. Buying this bag on my own would likely result in the loss of these three and would definitely file under “bad life decisions.” I also imagine my parents would be very upset and the last thing I would need is to be homeless AND on the receiving end of yet another lecture from them. So, in conclusion, I think I should be selected to win this bag so I can be a kicka** gal in the workforce with a fab bag…who also has a home, electricity, food to eat and proud parents

Omg I’m so exited for this Sweepstake Well first of all I would love to with this bag because Im crazy for fashion and love Alexander Wang. I believe he is a very talented guy and love his style and taste in fashion. If I win this bag I would maybe use it everyday and talk about Alexander Wang haha more than I do already with my sister. Me and my sister just heard his life story in the t.v and fell in love with his clothes collection.Now that I think of it maybe I’ll be giving it to my lovely sister that graduated last year and still owe her a graduation present hehe not that I forgot but I don’t have money to buy her a pure like that:( That would make me more happy if I did that <3 her!! This bag is beautiful. I am in the hospital a lot, and I can throw enough in it for my 3 day stay. It looks very well made and a bag that seems to be able to be used every season. Handbags are my “guilty pleasure”, and I am always on the look out for beautiful, as well as functional, handbags.
