A little white dress is a closet staple for sure, but we think of it as the more feminine counterpart to the LBD. This look proves otherwise: It’s more edgy and cool, than sweet. We like that she layered a sheer dress over a black slip (we’re always trying to figure out what to wear under see-through items) which toughens up the gauzy fabric. Add some killer boots and heavy jewelry, and the outcome is definitely something we can get behind.*
