An Outfit You Can Actually Wear:
Simple Basics for Everyday

This is a super basic outfit, but it looks really quite considered (though the easy fabrics make it look nonchalant).  Usually, we wear a maxi skirt with flats, but this girl looks a little more dressed up by choosing closed-toe wedges. In a genius move, she chose them in a nude-ish color that matches her skin so that her legs look extra long, not like her hem is flooding. And who knew that copper eye shadow could make icy blues look much brighter? Her eyes and shirt look much more piercing with that rim of shimmery shadow.

Cue Anne Ziegler, who is tracking down girls on the street with enviable style in looks you can likely source from your own closet.
