- Staci from HandbagReport.com

I am a strong believer in that you don’t have to spend a lot to look fabulous! While most of us rely on magazines to learn the new trends of the season, we can also use it as inspiration to know what to shop for in order to stay current.  In today’s economy, it’s more practical to splurge less and shop the hot trends at affordable prices.  Allow me to show you how to get the designer looks for less without compromising your style.

It’s great to know that you can be fashionable@ every price point; however, recognize that there is a severe downturn when it comes to the level of quality you’ll experience. *shrugs*

Melody, I think that is part of the beauty of shopping cheap for trends. It is ok to buy a very trendy, medium quality bag at less than $100 since you may only carry it a few times in a season. I think the classic styles are where you should spend the big bucks. A Chanel Chain Strap bag will last forever and can go with anything. That Valentino Rosette Hobo is less versatile. It is also worth it to decide which trends speak most to you and your style. If you always dress in a more rock & roll style, a studded bag will fit into your wardrobe better so you’ll wear it often enough to warrant a higher price!

I love that Big Buddha bag. Great picks Staci!
