Cobra Society: Finally! I Found The Perfect Loafer

Confession: I’ve never owned a pair of loafers even though I’m a big fan of them on people other than me.  And yet, my shopping credo has always been that the perfect item – whether it’s a shoe or the elusive fitted white button down  – will find it’s way to me when the time is right. Well, the stars must have been aligned just so because last week I finally found my loafer sole-mate (or maybe it found me…?). Alex Davis’ globally influenced line, Cobra Society, prides itself on utilizing rich materials that travel the world over to be incorporated into luxurious and truly striking shoes and handbags. And my dream-come-true loafers are no different: constructed out of hand woven Moroccan tapestry, trimmed with supple calf-suede and finished with a subtly edgy bronze toe piece – the shoes are a true testament to the brand’s philosophy of expert craftsmanship and artistry. Oh, and the boots aren’t too shabby either – the navy suede Zeus is getting me super amped for cooler temps.
