Mysterious disappearance of the Paula Cole anthem aside, my weeks-long Dawson’s Creek NetFlix marathon has brought me nothing but joy and hours of mindless entertainment. The angst-y banter, tumultuous love triangles and most of all, the late 90’s fashion (Jen’s cheerleader-gone-grunge stage stands out) has been a welcome blast from the past.
This was the era of the Delia’s catalog, Gap messenger bags, cargo pants and baby-tees amongst other totally rad, sometimes cringe-worthy trends of my youth (I’m looking at you, plastic choker necklace). Maybe this 90′s inspired collection will prompt a Creek reunion? A girl can dream…
