If you’re a fan of everything design, architecture and fashion related and happen to find yourself in NYC this weekend, the launch of the first ever Designers & Books Fair is where you want to be.
The 35 exhibitor strong event is being held at the Fashion Institute of Technology and will include a range of demonstrations – calligraphy, letterpress printing, book-binding, rare and out-of-print book dealers – plus notable guest speakers (Donna Karan is kicking off the weekend’s festivities at 9:30 am!) – basically a bibliophile’s dream come true. And for those who are really on top of their holiday shopping game, discounts of up to $40 on loads of giftable books.
