I admit it: I’m in my mid-30’s and still have a hard time applying eyeliner. Anyone else with me? Sometimes, I’ll get my left eye to perfection, and then the right eye just…well, doesn’t look the same. Over the years I’ve just accepted that this is my reality.
I think my reality is about to change.
My cousin used my apartment while I was out of town a couple of weeks ago and left behind a few things: A Zara lace dress (that I might borrow), a paintbrush, and a pen (or at least it looked like a fancy pen). Of course I tried on the dress, imagined painting, and went to try out the pen on a pad of paper before realizing that it wasn’t a pen at all, but was in fact an eyeliner! I ran to the bathroom to try this Eyeko London product out. The ease! It is a liquid liner that has a precision tip to draw either a thin or thick line. Sometimes, I think liquid lines look too harsh, but this one allows you to smudge it a bit for a smokey look before it sets in and dries! Did I actually just line my eyes the same? I think I did. Sold. Ordered. Now I just have to wait two days for the delivery and my reality is forever changed.
