Coco Chanel would have been 129 this week, so to celebrate, 1stdibs has teamed up with the Chicago-based Douglas Rosin on a big Chanel sale. (If you’re not familiar with 1stdibs, they’re a fancy—but astonishingly good—resource for connecting buyers with reputable vintage and antique sellers, in everything from furniture and art (where they got their start) to jewelry and clothing. Understandably, nothing in the sale (or on the site, for that matter), is cheap, per se, but it’s all beautiful, authenticate, and gorgeously photographed and presented. I would buy it all, if possible.
