As discussed, I spent my childhood obsessing over and collecting Swatch watches—between those, and “United fill-in-the-blanks of Benetton” t-shirts, my holiday wish-lists were pretty tapped out. If May 28th watches had been around then, they’d have earned a spot at the table. And I’d still be wearing them today. I have a fancy watch I wear everyday (momentous birthday present from my parents), but whenever I’ve traveled in the past, or wanted to keep it more low-key, I’ve kicked it over to my basic Timex Camper watch. Until I found these newcomers. I own two May 28th watches, which I’m selling in my Opensky store, but if my two favorites don’t appeal, there are about 50 other rad ones available via May 28th directly. So fun, right?
