Who can enter: Open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older as of January 1, 2012. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulation. Not eligible are employees and their immediate families, including household members of beso.com (Sponsor), or its agents, affiliates, parent, divisions, and advertising and promotion agencies.
How to enter: Weekly promotion for 2012 with the first sweepstakes beginning on Monday January 2nd, 2012 and the last promotion ending on Monday, December 31st, 2012. Each Promotion period begins every Monday at 12:00am PT, and ends every at Sunday 11:59 pm PT. All Promotion entries must be received by Sunday, 11:59 pm PT for the weekly Promotion. To enter you must complete the entry form available at http://www.beso.com/sweepstakes/shopping-splurge/, then either sign into your beso account at www.beso.com, or enter by mail as described below. Maximum of one entry per day, per person. Winning entries are subject to verification and approval of the Sponsor. To enter the Sweepstakes without becoming a beso account holder, hand-print your name, complete address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (with area code) and e-mail address on a 3X5 card and mail it to: beso lucky Sweepstakes Drawing, c/o beso.com, 12200 W. Olympic Blvd Suite 300, Los Angeles, CA 90064. Non-winners will not be notified. Mail-in entries must be postmarked one week before or received by the last day of the Promotion Period, whichever is later. No mechanical reproductions of entries permitted. One entry per envelope. Winning entries are subject to verification and approval of the sponsor.
What you can win:
Prizes: Approximate retail value (ARV) of the entire prize package is $250 for each Promotion. One (1) Winner will receive the $250 in cash, paid via Paypal. Winner must create a valid Paypal account in order to collect the prize. All other costs and expenses associated with the prize and not specifically described are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Prize substitution will not be allowed, except at sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, local taxes, if any, and all other unspecified expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of prize. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. beso will select the prize winner in a random drawing. One winner will be selected per sweepstakes period, beginning Monday, ending Sunday of each week. beso will issue prize via email. Prize must be collected within 30days of notice or prize is forfeited.
Winner: Winners will be selected by the Sponsor via random drawing. Sponsor will award the Prize to the one (1) winner at the end of the promotion period and announcing the winner on the beso.com Facebook fan page and beso.com/blog. Winner will also be separately contacted by email prior to the announcement. If Winner does not respond within 30days of notification, Prize will be forfeited for that Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her email address. To do so, email besolucky@beso.com and type “Sweeps Address change” in the subject line.
Miscellaneous: Incomplete entries are void. All federal, state, local and provincial taxes and all income and any other taxes, fees and surcharges will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor will be disqualified. In the event that the sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Promotion. Should the Promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted at http://www.beso.com/blog.
Conditions of Entry: By entering, entrants (i) agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements, (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects, and (iii) agree that no claim relating to any damages, losses or injuries shall be asserted against Sponsor, or its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotion agencies. All entries become the property of Sponsor. This sweepstakes is subject to U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsor and its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotion agencies are not in any way responsible or liable for altered, late, lost, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, inaudible, garbled, illegible or incomplete entries, or human, telephone, computer, online, or technical malfunctions or failures (including network unavailability and disconnections). Sponsor is not liable for misdelivered or nondeliverable prizes due to inability to deliver because of incomplete or inaccurate email or address information or any complication with the delivery service rendering the package containing the prize nondeliverable. Proof of transmission and/or mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Use of Sweepstakes Information/Privacy: beso.com reserves the right to publish the Winner’s name on the beso Facebook fan page, Facebook friend network and beso.com/blog. beso further reserves the right use all information, including information on entrants obtained through the sweepstakes, in accordance with beso’s then-current privacy policy. To see our current privacy policy, click on http://www.beso.com/privacy-policy.html. Entrants who opt to join beso’s electronic mailing list agree to be contacted by email by beso.com.
Additional Terms: Any and all disputes relating to this Promotion or any prize shall be subject to the internal laws of the State of California and exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.
List of Winners: To request a list of winners, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: beso.com, Attn: beso lucky Sweepstakes Winners, 12200 W Olympic Blvd Suite 300, Los Angeles, CA 90064. Within 4 weeks of the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, beso.com will provide a complete list of beso lucky sweepstakes during the stated sweepstakes promotion period. The list will include winners’ first initial, last name and email address domain, and date for which winner was selected.
