Official Rules – Win Your $1,000 Wish List Giveaway – December 2011• Giveaway is open to residents in the US. Limit one entry per person. Void where prohibited. • Beso retains the right to replace any prize with cash of the same value. Reasons for prize replacement may include but are not limited to product availability. • All promotions are governed by and are subject to all applicable United States federal, state, and local laws. Sponsor will not award a prize to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements. By entering, you agree to comply with all applicable law and these Official Rules, and you agree to abide by all decisions of Beso. • Giveaway entrant must be the age of 18 and older to enter. • Employees of Beso and members of the immediate families or households are not eligible to participate in Beso Giveaway. • Giveaway entries containing offensive material will be disqualified. Offensive material includes but is not limited to: racist or sexist language, profanity and sexually-explicit material. • Beso retains the right to remove any content for any reason per the discretion of team members. • All Giveaway-generated content becomes the property of Beso. Grand Prize Winner must provide a Social Security number in order to receive payment from Sponsor. • 2 $500 1st Prize Winners will be selected at the discretion of Beso. • 3 $250 2nd Prize Winners will be selected at the discretion of Beso. • Winners will be announced on December 25, on the beso facebook fan page and sent a notification via email with the email address provided upon entering the Giveaway. • Winners will have up to 5 business days to respond, or will forfeit their prize. • Entrants are required to complete all Giveaway entry rules and required three steps to be eligible for the Win Your $1,000 Wish List and prizes. • Indemnification.
