When one of your first post fashion-school jobs is at Roland Mouret—home to famously body-conscious dresses—it's no wonder that you become obsessed with creating the cleanest lines possible. Such is the story of KIANA ANVARIPOUR who determined to create a collection of body shapers that were worthy of playing support to pieces from Paris's most prestigious fashion houses. As the creative force behind ResultWear, she makes shapewear that not only hides what needs to be hidden, but is undeniably beautiful too. With everyone from teensy lingerie boutiques to big name department stores stocking her wares, we asked the ultra-busy designer for a list of things that keeps her calm and collected.
Here, the 12 everyday essentials that keep Kiana sane when she's on the run.

Lanvin Notebook/Pantone Twin Markers
I love this gorgeous notebook! I keep it in my purse along with these dual-tip markers and use it as a sketchbook to design new ideas and keep me inspired.
- 2
Synergy Kombucha
I knew my husband was The One when he sent me a care package of these to my hotel while I was traveling to New York. When they were taken off the shelves last year I was pretty upset.

Kate Summerville Quench Hydrating Serum
I love everything Kate Summerville but Quench has changed the look and feel of my skin. Even on the driest plane rides, it keeps my face dewy and moisturized. The trick is to use a very tiny amount, just enough to smooth over your face, and let it dry for a minute or two before you put your moisturizer on.

ResultWear's Ginger Thong Bodysuit
I couldn't wait to release this product; it culminates all elements of ResultWear and showcases your curves in all the right places. For workdays, I love pairing it with high-waisted trousers. It also looks super sexy dressed-down with shorts and skirts.

British Vogue
This is my bible. I lived in the UK for six years and reading this magazine keeps me connected. It also reminds me of when I first fell in love with fashion. I used to flip through the pages and dream. These days, I turn the page and recognize budding designers and tastemakers that are old acquaintances.

Equinox
Talk about keeping me sane! If I weren't able to workout my worries at this state-of-the-art gym, I'd be one crazy lady. I have the all-club pass as well as the app which provides class schedules for the locations I travel to for work.

Lululemon Wunder Under Cropped Yoga Pants
If I'm not wearing Result Wear, I'm rocking my Lulus. The fabric quality is undeniably long lasting - I still have and wear a pair I bought five years ago!! It breathes well, is light, stretchy, and soft. No other athletic pants that I've ever owned in my life have been so good at keeping me cool during a workout while also looking pretty good with knee high boots.

Boostcase Apple iPhone Case
This built-in battery case not only protects, but also doubles iPhone life. Gone are my days of begging café's to use their outlets!

Sobronze Sunfree Self Tanning Spray
Everyone always asks how I stay sun-kissed with my hectic work schedule—Sobronze is my year-round tanning secret!! It's by far the most natural self tanner I've used and its easy application makes it an ideal product for women on the go. My secret trick is to put a bit of baby oil on after spraying for a glowing even look.

Batiste Dry Shampoo
I've tried many dry shampoos over the years and this is the best of the bunch. I love the "On the Go" size. It refreshes hair, absorbs, and gives hair a quick lift. A miracle in a can for a brunette.

NARS Ginger Concealer
This is my perfect concealer color match. I love the flawless application. Its creamy, lightweight consistency blends so well that I don't feel the need to put foundation on top. It's the instant remedy for sleep-deprived under-eyes.

Yves Saint Laurent Muse Bag
It's so brilliantly big. Small bags can be confining when they become your satellite office. The way I manage to pack everything in it makes me feel like a glamorous Mary Poppins! It's a joy to have someplace to stash even your umbrella :)
