"Changing the world, one body at a time," might seem awfully ambitious, but KY EVANS, the master of "Kylates," aims to do just that. At STUDIO MDR, the Venice, California-based fitness studio launched by Lisa Hirsch in 2007, he teaches a mix of Pilates, interval strength training, martial arts, and cardio—often to eight sold-out classes a day. Despite his busy schedule, he manages to keep himself in great shape, too.
