You'd think finding a garden oasis in the middle of Los Angeles would be difficult, but LAURI KRANZ, the green thumb behind Edible Gardens LA is doing everything in her power to make it otherwise. Kranz spends her days outdoors planting and sustaining organic vegetable gardens for some of the coolest gals this side of the Mississippi, including designer Jenni Kayne.
