Sweatpants
A tailored jacket and high heels make these old standbys instantly fancy.
Sports Bra and Tank
A low-cut tank looks immediately cooler (and more covered up) when layered over a sports bra
Sweatshorts and Parka
Booties and a necklace turn sweatshorts and a hooded parka into an instant outfit.

Diana: I'm Diana, the fashion editor.
Elise: Today, we're going to talk about something we've seen a lot of this spring, which is athletic-inspired clothing being seen everywhere. We're going to show you three ways to take items that you might otherwise think are only fit for the gym, out on the streets.

Elise: In this first look, Diana's wearing sweatpants. Obviously, we all know how to make those fit for the couch, but she has made them almost office-appropriate by cuffing them, adding some high heels, and a tailored blazer. Because they're slouchy, everything else should fit perfectly.
You guys are probably aware of the whole "innerwear is outerwear" concept that's been floating around. Here, Diana has layered a sports bra with little meshed sides underneath a tank that exposes her sides. It's a lot less risqué and looks sporty and cool rather than a little too sexy.
In this final look, Diana really went all out. Not only is she wearing shorts that are sweat suit material, she's also wearing a hooded windbreaker. It's sleek. It fits her well, and she's wearing cute little booties. It makes it all look brunch or shopping-appropriate.
Thanks so much for watching. For more tips and tricks, come hang out with us on beso.com.
